Formal Record: Submit a written statement detailing the incident, ensuring all information is factual and remains strictly confidential.
Follow-Up: The officer will acknowledge your report and coordinate with senior leadership to determine the next steps in accordance with our policy.

How do you ensure student safety during training?

Are all instructors background checked?
Yes. Every instructor and volunteer at Karate Association Online must undergo a comprehensive DBS check and complete regular safeguarding training to ensure the highest standards of safety.
How should I report a safeguarding concern?
